Tasso and Joey did a great job, and were very informative .

Worst ever experience of my life. I will never recommend this company even to my enemy. They came and tried to solve the problem by using plungers and they wanted to charge me 400$ which I brought down to 320$. I had to insist for them to use other equipments to solve my problem.Even the customer service is a disaster. BTW: I still have the problem and I’m 320$ poorer

From A to Z, we had a great experience with Mr Drain. Id used them a couple of times to flush a major clog. More recently, a section of my sewer was replaced. They have the machines necessary to do jobs in strange old buildings, and their plumbers are top-notch and always actually working and the price was very fair.

This is one of the worst plumbing service company I have ever encountered. They'll take your deposit first make tall promises, but once they get your money it's all downhill. Most of the employees have no plumbing licence and they are basically all family members sent to work as apprentice. They are lazy, unprofessional, loud and not worthy of your money. So please save your money and look for another company instead. Mr. Drain is not recommendable at all. Trust me, I used their service.

Dishonest service, overcharged for one simple task. I would avoid using this company in the future and would not recommend.
