I had a complex Quartz countertop installed a couple of weeks ago and it went extremely well. I visited the showroom at Eurostone and was very impressed with how big, clean and modern it was. The countertop install was done efficiently and the countertops look great in our new kitchen. I would do business with them again for sure and I highly recommend them to my friends for tile, counter and floor work that needs to be done.

Je suis allé chez Eurostone et j'ai été vraiment imprésionnée par leur salle de montre. L'endroit est immense et il ont les plaques de granit et de Quartz directement sur place. Alors nous pouvons les voir, les choisir et ils les coupent sur place. Contrairement a d'autres magasin de granit ou ils vous envoient ailleurs choisir la plaque et vous font aller ici et la beaucoup de perte de temps. Alors je les recommande car tout est fait sur place économie de temps et d'argent il ont des bon prix et de la qualité allez- voir

Great Service

Got my granite counter for my kitchen 2 weeks ago. Was absolutely beautiful. The service, installation, and people at Eurostone were great. I got what i was promised on time. I have absolutely no complaints

Terrible installation, horrible fallow-up service.

I ordered marble for a client's bathroom from Eurostone as they were the only company that had the right colour marble for the project. I had never used them before and would never use them again. The showroom person I dealt with was very nice and professional, however the installation was dreadful and the installer had a horrible attitude. The marble bath tub surround was cracked and the hole for the spray was misplaced, the vanity faucet holes were not evenly spaced and the shower sill was installed with no overhang at the front, even though the contractor had been very specific about the tiles which needed to go underneath. The worst was trying to get any satisfaction. Someone from the company finally showed up and agreed the work was poor, but absolutely nothing was done to address the problem. Eurostone has now been bought by Ciot so things should improve, but I am very wary of every using them again, especially as there are many very good marble/granite companies in Montreal.
