Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

Les employés sont très lents, minimum 10 minutes d’attente, les employés ne sont pas à l’écoute, ils ont des écouteurs pendant qu’ils travaillent ?!?! Mettez des gens compétents, la plupart des gens qui vont au tim du carrefour sont des gens qui y travaillent, avec 30 minutes de pause, tout gaspiller au tim. Ils ont jamais rien, rate nos commandes

I am a loyal customer for the last30 yrs and I have a fondness for your coffee this afternoon I purchased a coffee and muffin at this establishment it came to $3.45 I gave the cashier 45cents and a $20.00 bill and she said your coffee is over to the right when I asked for my change, she said I already gave it to you I asked to see the manager and she told me she was not over and took my name and phone number and said she would call. But nothing. I am a retired veteran Yours Truly A.Levesque.
