    never answers phone, always busy, and the service when you go is like taklking to corps.

    Be prepared to wait a ridiculously long time on hold or worse to wait and THEN be hung up on. If you're lucky you MAY manage to speak to someone after repeating this cycle 2 or 3 times but don't count on it! Also no point in paying attention to their scheduled hours, they seem to make those up as they go. Point in fact - I've been calling all afternoon for an appointment and keep getting a message saying the clinic is closed even though according to their own propaganda they should be open!

    Hard to get through to make an appt as you're told to hold on and wait at least 10 mins or give up and hang up!
