Oakwood Nissan

Terrible customer service on my 2015 Rogue with 33k on in. Struts are going and they tell me that I have to pay for them to check this out and then the struts aren’t covered under warranty ?‍♂️ Really, I had purchased the top of the line extended warranty when I purchased this new. Last time I buy anything from Oakwood Nissan. Whole out fit is a joke.

Had Dave as a salesperson, he went above and beyond what was needed to ensure that things were they were suppose to be and make things right according to what was agreed upon.

Good customer service. Knowledgable about the vehicle that is new to the North American market. I appreciated the call from Dave K. to see if I had any questions now that I have driven the vehicle for a few weeks.

Lindsay (who sold us the Juxe car) was excellent and both the wife and I will always deal with her in the future when it comes time to buy another car. She was SO helpful and gracious and we both appreciate her and Nissan dealership very much. She deserves a huge raise for all her hard work in my opinion or something to show everyone's appreciation for her. Again, thank you Lindsay for everything. Customer service still means everything along with a great deals and I believe we got both.

We are now proud owners of a 2017 Murano thanks to James and Oakwood Nissan. After deciding it was time to replace our 2015 Murano we decided to check out the Rogue, Murano and Pathfinder at Oakwood. James was very knowledgeable about all three vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions. James is a very down to earth and sincere person and he made the process a pleasure - not the way we would describe past car purchase experiences. We felt valued as customers and we were very happy
