Always excellent ...

Always excellent service and food I would recommend Rods to anyone. Like any place there may be times when things don't go the way you think they should,,,thats life...deal with and move on

Ridiculous

I went to Rod's restaurant today for my son's 8th birthday breakfast at his request. We showed up and placed our order and seeing as how there was a softball team there we waited patiently for our order after 45mins and seeing other people get served that came in 10-15 mins after us we started to get a little frustrated. After seeing everyone else in the restaurant get served and even people that just came in we asked about our order and after about 3-4 minutes they came back and told us that the order was lost. At that time the blame was passed to someone from the kitchen that came to take our order and they offered to not charge us for our juice. So after waiting for more than an hour no one took any responsibility and the only thing they did was offer not to charge us for 5 glasses of juice. Can't give a review of the food because we never received any because we decided to leave rather than wait another hour.

Have visited this restaurant many, many times! It is one of my favorites and has been for years. The breakfast specials are great! Very well worth the cost, which is very well priced. Love the feather and fin (deep-fried fish and chicken, with fries). My entire family loves going there. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, and no surprise to find yourself being served by the owner herself.
