Warranty not honoured.

I had a heated windshield replaced in August. The windshield cracked when the heated element was turned on when it was cold. I went back with the vehicle and was told it was covered and they would get one.I chatted with the owner yesterday and he said that he wasn't covering it. I was told it was a one year warranty. He said he only gives 90 days and he wasn't replacing it and asked me who was paying for it.i told the owner that I would be by in the morning, he said he was looking forward toit
