ADT Services de sécurité

Could not be worse! I tried to contact their accounts payable department to address a billing issue for more than three months by email (three times), letter (twice), and telephone. There was no response. I have now cancelled my service.

I cancelled my ADT service in August and am still getting invoices for services I am not currently receiving. I cancelled because I put in a request for a technician that was never answered. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. AWFUL!
