Just witnessed the most ignorant example of customer service. Just told a friend of mine that they weren't responsible for damage that occurred while in their possession and then decided to be rude in their responses when he questioned their response. Then my friend left and I questioned their professionalism and then Bill jumped out of his chair and got in my face and called me down to the dirt.

Very Dissapointed

I was not impressed by the way they pushed back my appt i made 2 months in advance because alot of accidents happened and they had to get priority because "we have a deal with the insurance company's to hurry those up.
