I have used hearing aids for many years. And I have had other audiologists. But Newlife Hearing is definitely the best. My hearing aids (which of course are quite expensive) have a warranty, which was about to expire. So Jillian sent them back to the manufacturer prior to this to make sure they go over them carefully and look for any potential problems that might appear later (such as a loose connection). This kind of pro-active behaviour I had not experienced elsewhere. I am very impressed.
