The stylist I had...

The stylist I had did a great job with my hair - a simple walk, trim and style. However, my overall experience was such that I will not return not recommend this place to anyone. The reception staff was awful, the girl who washed my hair appeared miserable and genuinely irritated that she had to wash my hair (gruff, short with me, abrupt in moving the chair and to attention paid to whether I was comfortable). The clincher for me was being charged $72 for a simple hair trim with wash and dry. This place has incredible potential with better front desk and support staffing, but not if they don't get their prices sorted out.

Loved the work my...

Loved the work my stylist did... The reception/desk dealings put a major sour taste on my mouth.. I was put off.. Distegarded.. Told I would be called back.. Nothing, multiple times. The whole experpience was very off putting. I would not give this salon my service again.. Ever.

I stopped going t...

I stopped going there years ago due to the rudeness and the cost of the cuts. I never minded paying their prices but then the cuts just weren't worth it any more. Do not recommend!!!

I will never go back again!

The staff were rude and I had to return twice to get my color fixed, and still left unsatisfied. The reputation of this salon is over rated! The young girl that did my hair did not listen to me. She got help from other staff member with green in her hair that was even ruder than she was. Very arrogant and unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone, and will advise everyone I know to NEVER go there.

Quite Impressed!

Excellent service on my first time there! Loved my hair cut. Service was a little slow at first. (Wasn't sure where the hair stylist was.) But once things started I was very happy with results. Staff is very friendly, fun and energetic! Worth the cost. :) I recommend it to anyone!

Horribleeeeee

The worst service with nails. The lady done them in less then an hour, my normal nail tech does a brilliant job in about 2 or more. The next day my pinky nail came off.. I called to get it fixed, they pretty much said theres nothing they could do.. So i have to have 9 nails for a month :-s. my normal nail tech would fit my in somewhere to fix it. Horrible service!
