Absolutely no customer service
I phoned Straightline's business phone number as listed in the Yellow Pages on a Monday morning to do some emergency clean-up after a flood in our home. The man was obviously still in bed, but also obviously had his business line by his head. Instead of letting the answering machine take the call as he obviously was not interested in taking business at that time, he answered and told me it was too early to call. I asked if this was not a business line and he said yes, but reiterated that it was too early (it was 7:15). I said I would call someone else who wanted my business. Later that day he called me back (yeah for call display) and proceeded to swear and yell at me for calling. I suggested that I had thought I was calling a business line and not a home phone number as that was listed in the yellow pages. He swore at me again and hung up. Obviously he doesn't feel he needs any more business and doesn't care about his reputation. What an obnoxious individual!
