Bought glasses Vaseema the Optician was very patiently explained me how to choose frames. The price was very reasonable. I thought the quality of lenses will be cheap for the price I paid but the vision was better than the glasses I bought before for other store in Ajax. Thank you Vaseema I will give 10/10 to Ace Optical.

Very kind. Mr. Aggrawal is always eager to help and you always leave the store feeling like you have been properly looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for designer sunglasses, frames and contacts. They ordered me my favourite pair of prescription sunglasses since they weren't available in store, which was a huge relief. I also asked many, many questions and they took time to answer them all for me. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but not at this place.

Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .
been there again - good customer service - pretty satisfied .
