The hot sauce is rather flavourful, and not really 'hot' at all. They also sell different types of fish that's not listed on the menu. The sides range from fries-potatoes-rice-veggies-garden salad. The waiter that sat us down was extremely nice as was the waitress serving us. The enthusiastic attitude of both of them definitely made this place having amazing service. The service is not the same at the Casey's near AMC in Scarborough. The service here was outstanding. I lived in Greece for 4 years and good gyro is what i really missed from the food. Once i moved to Canada everyone had their idea and place for a good Gyro...to be honest none came even close....Gyros Place in Mississauga on Matheson BLVD though is amazing....I can only say OMG so good...Had chicken gyro and pork one and both were 90% authentic which is in my book practical the same! I absolutely love this place! Although the atmosphere of this restaurant is rather dark, gloomy, and sketchy, they have one of the best steaks and lobster in town. Usually we order bbq ribs and potato fries for appetizers. These appetizers are usually mediocre. As for the entree we always order the rib eye steak as well as 2lb-4lb lobster. The rib eye steak at House of chan is one of the best steaks I have ever had. The steak at House of Chan melts in your mouth as you eat it. This type of steak should only be eaten if you enjoy the natural taste of steak, and are expecting no additional added flavours. The lobster is usually just as good as the steak. They offer you a rich butter as a dip. I really enjoy this dish as well. Lire plus

When you go to chain restaurant, you often get apathy, slow service, and usually something below par. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, when we were seated, they did the server's name in crayon as many chains do, but also pointed out where the washrooms are and told us explicitly that we could ask any server for anything if she was not visible. The chocolate milkshake was loved by my daughter, and was nice and thick with the extra that didnt make the glass served in the stainless stell container it was made in. We were getting worried about service when our brushetta bread took so long, but the server showed up, and apologized for the delay telling us the original order was not up to par, so they remade it, and because of the delay, it was on the house. WOW - free food and I didnt have to complain at all. The chicken fajita was served sizzling hot and the wings were very good. The atmosphere is typical for a bar and grill, targetting the younger crowd. The staff all wore blue t-shirts with cheeky slogans such as "Please tip well - i know that's not your wife" and the servers are selected for certain assets that goes well beyond statistical coincidence. I would go back with the guys, or a business client, but not really a family place, but the food was very good, service was excellent, and little things like stocking diet redbull as well as the regular blue can, made it a great place to eat.
