Kip made my day when he fixed the broken side view mirror on my 72 buick. He cut out a piece of glass and replaced the cracked one. I would recomend this location. Very good customer service.

The people I've met and interacted with are so caring, accommodating, and personable. They have helped me so much,in the past and present. It is a great place to get individual help with employment, resumes and so much more. It's a place I can come to if I just need a lunch, coffee or water. We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. We were able to have the window frame repaired in just a few days. I cannot Thank this company enough for their courteous service and efficient workmanship. Our sincere "Thanks"

These guys are amazing! First of all the manager personally looked at my windshield to determine if I should try and fill the chips or replace. The are there to help you and their prices are great! I highly recommend them.

We had canadian choose windows placed into our trailer in late feb and in order to get there bate picture had to be taken well it took until april 18/18 to have the final pictures taken and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the rebate,and we were also told at the time of ordering our windows where they were single pane and replaced by triple pane with a rebate of close to 900 -1000 dollars rebate now we have to wait for another 6weeks and were told maybe getting $600. Sad not happy.

Everyone was very courteous and respectable, very helpful with different ideas. Sergey and his partner had the windows fit perfectly and they cleaned up excellently.
Ivan the salesperson was very professional, comes back and checks on his work, very faithful. I live just outside of Rockyford AB and have recommended Window Mart to my three sisters and their families all living within a half hour drive. Two have already ordered their windows. One has theirs already in and happy. Great experience.

I built a new home a few years ago, requiring over 80 windows!. The seal in one of the windows just failed recently and they came out and replaced it free of charge. Their response was timely and the installation went smoothly. Excellent service. Aside from this one window, I've been very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use their products again.

I just finished reading the only other review from June 2015. I have to wonder what went wrong for this person. I have been using Kaycan products since fall of 2015. The Customer service team is knowledgeable and helpful, their warehouse guys get you out quick. They always have a bright attitude.
