I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

I only received a dollar value from the other companies, while Murv took the time to examine everything thoroughly, and seemed more knowledgeable about the work. He made recommendations on improving air flow and efficiency that the others did not, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand.
