We moved into a new apartment and couldn't get our sitting room furniture into the house. The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.

They also seamlessly tied in my roof with the neighboring roof even though they are different shingles!
