Family ran and owned, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Someone came in with limited English while I was waiting and staff was very patient and helpful to the gentleman. They changed my license plate, screws were “sealed” to my car, it took no time. I tried to pay them cash and they refused, so I am writing this review instead!! I would bring my car there 100%. Just good honest people who like what they do!!

My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

I recently leased a new Tacoma from Heninger and worked with Diarmuid and Mitch. They were detailed, transparent and professional. Their help made the process easy and enjoyable. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

I had a small dent in my Harleys fender and these guys were able to fix it pertectly and it took less that 20 minutes but they even refused to charge me anything even after I insisted he still said no charge. Not a great way to pay the bills but a super way to get more business as I will tell all who listens to use these guys for any dent repair....simply a super nice fellow and someone who has me as a customer for life....no one is better or more professional for sure....

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before.
