I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Sierra flooring did the supply and install for our basement development. The service from sales to install was seamless. The installers were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. We had a couple repairs required on our hardwood stairs that weren't even Sierra's original work and they helped us out, no problem and did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend and use Sierra for any future flooring needs.

For our roof replacement we considered using the service of Cowboys Roofing. They were very fast at responding and helped us with all the necessary information. They had a hardworking team, who paid attention to every single details and left the place neat and clean. Also, their charge was fair according to their work and materials they used. Excellent service, doesn't try to "up-sell" on things but rather takes an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach. Have had service done on furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing, and have been happy with it all.

We hired Enrique to paint our home as well as renovate our aging wooden deck. He takes his time and doesn’t rush. When we have a question, they answer promptly, and we never had the impression they wanted to finish as fast as possible. We were extremely happy with the outcome with positive impressions from anyone who comes to visit.

Absolutely outstanding! Customer service is second to none. Workmanship is professional and outstanding. On at least two occasions I’ve called Claudio in a bit of a panic. BOTH times he bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. I am truly relieved to have found a contractor I know I can rely on, trust and that I can call at any time. Bravo!

Pre-finished dark brown floors that showed every foot print!
Warren and Kurt sanded and sealed our floors in four days.
Great work, friendly and professional!
They were exactly on time as promised.
You will have a light dust on every horizontal surface. Recommend covering everything in plastic.
Warren recommends 24-48 hrs for the sealer to cure fully.
I would wait the full 48 or 72 hours. We went in at 24 hours and made scuffs requiring a re-polish.
Wish we'd done the floors sooner!

Nick (owner sharper image) did an excellent job on my Engineered floor, there was very less wood to work with on the floor, but Nick with his high End machinery made it possible. He not only sanded to perfection but before staining the floor he gave us different choices by staining small area behind the stove with different color and that helped us In choosing the right stain. We were glad we used his services and would recomment 100% to anyone.
