This is such an amazing gym! The instructors for group exercise classes are top of the line. I enjoy their Zumba classes and yoga classes. The studio is super spacious! The gym is huge and very clean. I love their modern equipment such as the power racks, reverse hyper, and cable machines! They have plenty of equipment, it's never crowded and I like how clean it is and they have the most professional gym equipment like the hammer strength area, and their cardio machines. I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! It’s energetic, fantastic, motivating class.Very nice and friendly staff and such an amazing place!

The gym is nice and clean and and it doesn’t have a bad odour which I’ve noticed in other gyms. They have a good variety of equipment and the staff is also friendly and helpful.

Ilkb is by far the best workout program Ive expirienced. I started in with their six week challenge and lost a total of 24 lbs. Since then I havent been able to stop! The environment is positive and energetic and the instructors are always friendly and encouraging!

Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

I joined Posener's Pankration to improve my healthy since I was diagnosed with borderline cholesterol.
After 4 months of Cardio Muay Thai Kickboxing I have improved my blood.
I have high respect for Simon, he is a man with a warm soul, he does not make you feel as a source of income but rather as a human being willing to improve as a person, you can feel the passion he pours on his academy, the walls around the building proudly show the long history and respect he has for his trade.

Amazing gym. Love the 24-hours and the fact it's never closed. Great staff too, they really care about helping get results. Another one just opened in Port Coquitlam too, so I can use both gyms whenever I want.

I became a member of RSF January 2014. The ownership had just changed. At that time the place was not that well kept. The new owner has completely changed things around: New equipment, repainting, saunas cleaned and refinished. They have done a great job. Love going there now. Just keeps getting better. Great value for the cost of membership!

I had a friend suggest So Be It fitness to me when i made a comment about my gym being over crowded. My first time was amazing, very quiet, very clean, the owner is also a personal trainer and gave me some very helpful tips. Plus the membership is amazingly priced! Honestly i have been many times and i have never had any issues. best privately owned gym ever, i suggest telling your friends and family!!
