I received a gift card for a package including pedicure, massage, facial and I also had my hair done. Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, all the services I receive were excellant. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa and salon. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have been coming to O'Haira's for over two years and I have never been that faithful to a salon before in my life. I always used to get nervous when I had to get a hair cut because of so many bad experiences. Now I LOVE booking my appointments because I always walk away from here happy. My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.
I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to treat a problem/issue, or you just need some pampering, please enjoy your experience @ North Okanagan Skin and Laser. I know I do.

After trying many many salons in Vernon, Knotty Nelly's will become part of my routine. My first visit last Saturday was excellent. My hair cut was great aned the stylist actually provided some good advice on how to cut my hair (I am not an expert so look to the stylists for advice). The shop was clean and fun. I inquired about threading during my cut and they managed to fit me in right after my cut was finished. Threading was great. Price was really good too - I will be back!

Highly recommend!!!! Toni is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She truly enjoys making people feel good. She uses and sells very high quality products. I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Thalgo products. Not only does everything smell amazing but it is all natural organic from Europe. It all makes me feel so good!! The Dr.Renaud skin care I buy through her is the only skin care that has worked for my oily, problematic skin. I will never try anything else.

I will never, and I mean NEVER, get a brazilian by anyone else! She is so fast yet efficient. She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;)
I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. They took almost triple the time, left hair behind, and a ton of breakage. When Audra says she is the Queen of Brazilians, everybody better bow down!
