My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. We shopped for a prom dress at Helen’s Bridal and it was such a great experience. The staff were all amazing, pleasant and helpful. All the prom dresses in the store were under $600, we did not have to worry about price tags while choosing dresses to try on.
