Ordered the Blackened Tilapia with Lobster Mash and veg. The Tilapia came out pretty well raw.
The waitress was flagged down and the dish returned. The manager showed up forthwith and apologized and had the order removed from the bill.
The plate returned with a newly fired filet shortly. It was well flavoured and to be honest I would have gone through the raw fish to get to the Mash , it was outstanding, the veg, carrots and green beans were fresh not frozen.
It was a flavourful dish and well executed for psuedo-blackening of a bland fish. I would like to see someone do the traditional Paul Prudholme Blackening instead of the grill and bake "bronzing " that is passed off as Blackening.
The mistake was handled well and left me with a favourable impression overall, I would return when in the area.Lire plus
