This is a wonderful vet in a small clinic and the service is personal, as opposed to a huge clinic where you never see the same person twice. They've seen me through the life span of 3 dogs and cried with me when they finally go to wait at the Rainbow Bridge. Those 1-star reviewers should try 1) serving the public and 2) being a vet for a day. Lire plus

Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details. As others noted, it can be expensive. However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does. If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money. Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations. Lire plus
