I have great service at all the Pet Valu's I go to. The two Pickering locations have wonderful helpful friendly staff and I always feel good with my visits. Money well spent. The groomers are amazing with my dog. This is how you should feel when leaving your pet for grooming.

Just for Pawz provides an amazingly warm and welcoming environment that takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. Rest assured that your pooch will be well taken care of during it's stay. The grooming services utilize patience when dealing with each dog, they do not use cage dryers nor any harsh restraints. When dogs are done they are well groomed and happy.

The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.

I have been taking my dog Sasha here for the past 12 years. The service and quality of care for your furry member of your family is to the upmost highest standards. Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.

I have been bringing my 10 year old cat Squishy here for about 6 years now (since Konnie opened) and will not bring her to anyone else! She is a Persian who hates even looking at a brush or comb and she was horribly abused prior to me adopting her so grooming her is best left to the professional:) Prior to taking her to Konnie she had been to a few other groomers in Whitby and she would end up sick and have the runs afterwards!Never with Konnie & it's reassuring Konnie has her cat first-aid:)

Wonderful and accomadating service. The shop was clean and provided a great relaxed environment. My dog looked terrific and was not stressed out. Very caring groomers, I highly recommend them.
