I hired KLT contracting to build a retaining wall, fence, and replace the grass in my yard in the summer of 2025. Kaiden took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. He made the whole process stress free for me by being available to answer all of my questions and offering thoughtful options at each point in the project, while also being mindful of my budget. All the people who worked on the project were skilled, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

I totally agree with the other review. I am new to Nanaimo and had a huge landscaping job where many truck loads of blast rock had to be removed from around the house and a retaining wall built. The project was difficult. Darren and his crew not only did everything to my specifications, they did it very professionally within a few days. I appreciate Darren's oversight to ensure that we were happy and that the work was done right. His work is excellent value!

Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware
