This is truly one of the best Mexican restaurants around. The atmosphere is simple and as stated in other reviews, the seating is limited. The service was relatively fast and pleasant.
What we ordered is listed below. Everything was fresh, delicious and the platters were balanced and well presented. It is clear that there is an underlying culinary passion at this restaurant that is rarely found these days. Reasonable prices make this an ideal spot for lunch or dinner.
When in the mood for Mexican food, this restaurant is very likely to satisfy.

Chris assisted my husband and I with dealing with our insurmountable consumer debt. Before we met with Chris we were making large monthly payments that we couldnt really afford and most of those payments were only paying interest and fees. We felt like we were getting nowhere. Chris was approachable and understanding about our financial situation. He worked hard to ensure that our consumer proposal was accepted by our creditors. Now we are making smaller payments and paying off our debt.

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
