Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. My daughter had her first exam done yesterday. We were incredibly nervous due to the fact that she has Autism as well as sensory processing disorder. From the second Kari called us into the room she was amazing. Not only with the way she handled my daughter and the kindness and patience she showed her but also with how reassuring she was with me as well! She made this appointment that I was dreading for weeks turn out not half as bad as I expected. And I couldn’t be happier with our experience

I’ve been a patient of Dr Archie Chung for 30 years. I’ve since brought my husband, my children and my friends and their children. Almost half of the community sees Dr Chung and it’s spreading like wild fire! The staff there is knowledgeable and personable, Dr Chung is patient with adults and children, he always takes his time to answer all my questions.

Not sure why this place has really bad reviews. I got an appointment Friday Morning 9:15am, place was busy, staff were friendly, clean place, doctor Efrem Mendelcorn was ok. Only bad thing is there is a long waiting time, 2-3 hours to get things done.

Dr. Li is simply the best! He solves all my dentistry issues. He is kind, sincere, truly caring, understanding, empathic and I always feel so relaxed when I go there because he knows what he's doing and he knows how to handle people. I live about 2 hours away now and I still travel to him because I know he's the best. He is worth the trip. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I have been going to him for many, many years now and I will not go anywhere else.

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.
