Phoned in my garage door problem Friday afternoon. My phone call was answered by a very friendly lady on the other side. I explained my problem and was told that she would not be able to send out anyone out till Monday. I no sooner hung up the phone and the lady phoned me back that she could send someone out on Saturday between 9 and 11 AM, I was assured that Saturday's charges were the same as weekday charges. Sure enough I got a call Saturday before 9 AM that the repair man was on the way. Upon arriving the repair man looked at my situation and listed the options available and at what cost. I immediately trusted the service after having been burned by a fast operator in the past, and relied on his advice. Within two hours my problem was solved, payed my bill and thanked him for a job well done. I would recommend this company to any of my friends. After calling two garage door repair companies in Calgary and being quoted outrageous prices to come out to even look at the door, I lucked out when I called Bud at ASAP Overhead Door Repair. He was at my house within an hour of calling and had my cable replaced and a broken hinge fixed so quickly. I was so stressed out as my husband was out of town, didn't know what to do.
