The folks who do the deliveries are always pleasant and helpful....great service!! When substitutions are made, they are usually very acceptable and I have always been given the option of accepting substitutions or now. Very good experience every time!!

Love this place! It’s super clean, the staff members are knowledgeable friendly and courteous. They carry a wide variety of African goods at UNBEATABLE prices. Will definitely be back soon!

They have excellent meats, comparable in cost to big box stores in Calgary.
Produce is fresh and fruit from BC available outside all summer.
They sell local and organic foods, and surprisingly offer some specialty items.
It's become my main grocery store so I don't shop often in bigger cities.
Did I forget helpful service with a smile?

Staff exceptionally well trained in product knowledge. This store has cheerful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help the customer.
not so with other competitors in the area and their prices are well priced in the market place. fantastic range of special dietary products and the store is well set out.

Kudos to (Lori) the cashier, I shop at this place weekly and is the most friendliest and nicest cashier I have come up to, She is wonderful and I appreciate this so much during these hard times plus she is the only one I saw disinfecting the belt and around her. I purchased an Easy Meals package. It was on quick sale but worth a try. It said it was mild Italian Sausage but when I opened it up it only had a sliver of sausage but a big chunk of pork loin. It was supposed to have sauce but there was none. It tasted okay but it wasn't what was listed on the label.
