Had an issue with my Hottub and called Jonathan for help (I didn't buy it from Everything H2O). It took a few phone calls, total of around 30 mins on the phone to get my issues figured out. Didn't end up buying anything. We received this level of service and they had no obligation to help me... I never write these reviews but felt obligated to due to the help received and high level of expertise. Will be coming to get my next hottub from you guys, thanks again Jonathan! Lire plus

We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features.
