My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.

The owner clearly explained what my options were, and was Friendly, Fast, and had good Follow-up. I also appreciate Honesty. He did not give me the run around and explained what would be most suitable for my personal needs, which he was able to pick up on immediately (you cannot teach that kind of instinct!).
