Purchased couple of fireplaces here. Staff seems quite knowledgeable about the stuff they carry. Quick installation as well. The showroom can use some upgrade though.

Craig is awesome. He’s one of those old time tradesman…have lots of parts in hand and takes pride in their work while charging a fair price. He’s worked on all my gas appliances in the last 15 years (as well as all my neighbours). Great guy. Great service. He’s a whiz at all things fireplace. I’ve seen him refurb and repair fireplaces that other gas contractors said had to be replaced since no repair was possible.
