Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

Stopped in today for the first time with a Jeep I hadn't purchased there to get a quote for some repair work after someone sideswiped my vehicle last week-end. Paul had it taken in, washed off, compounded, buffed and touch ups done to make it look like new, all at no cost. I'll be going back to see them for service in the future.
