Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

I very recently assisted my parents in leasing another CRV from Sisley. We were taken care of by Bruce Shalviri, who made the experience exceptionally positive. He was a pleasure for me to complete the deal with, and has been extremely patient and caring with my parents from the beginning of the process, and still well past initial delivery. We couldn't have asked for better service.
