I was looking for a new mechanic and after reading excellent reviews on Chris's Garage I decided to take my vehicle to them. His shop is clean and organized, nice little waiting room. What a joy to drive my car again! Special thanks to Vito, Isabella, and Isabella at Complete Auto Body and Collision, to restore my car after what I thought was a minor dent. However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.
The staff at Complete Auto Body is professional and supportive of their clients through their restoration process.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.
