Our power-venter went on our furnace. We knew it was going to and were lining up tradespeople to do a switchover, unfortunately they took months to get back to us and it became too late. We were without heat and hot-water with young kids in the house. Ace Chimney was at our place within two days of calling them with a brand new chimney perfectly installed and they even arranged for a furnace person to come and hook up the wiring. Ken does fantastic work. Ken and his team tore down our old leaky chimney and rebuilt it with all new materials, new firebox and finished with new tile inside. From providing a written quote, answering all our questions, explaining each step throughout construction, keeping a tidy site and even saving us a significant amount of money by being able to salvage part of the old chimney, we would recommend Ken to anyone.
