Very friendly sales guys, dealt with both Rob & Kyle and both were courteous, knowledgeable and non pushy before they passed us to Anya to look after our finance needs, she has a very personable approach like she knew us for years lol, got us a better interest rate than previous dealership we visited and got it done in one day, we asked if this is all possible in one day because of our situation and they delivered what was promised, I couldn't ask for more, thank you all for our new car ?

The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. reasonable. I saw Dr. Zaidi and my child saw Dr. Lalani - both are highly trained and gentle. Found it convenient that they have a doctor that places braces on-site. Both my kids are booked in with this specialist and have started their braces.

Dr. Shimizu did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth for multiple members in my family and I told him I would not be able to have a follow up the next week ad I would be out of the city and just now at 9pm at night he went out of his way to call me and see how my teeth were. Incredibly caring doctor and very insightful on the few follow up questions I had about care for my mouth.

Professional support from Dr. Wilk and his staff. High tech equipment; 3D imaging equipment and the means to produce crowns directly in the on site lab. I was amazed; I had a tooth with a large cavity where the filling had dislodged. The tooth was prepared, shaped, scanned and the crown produced and installed all in one 2 hour visit !
The cost was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Dr. Wilk's knowledge and experience is exceptional.

I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. The floor nurses were amazing. Anna, Kayla and Sara were my compassionate and caring team. Thank you

Each time i had an issue with neck or back or lower spine , she was able to diagnose and treat the pain within adequate time frame . Professional and calm manner, never rushes through treatment. Not a problem to get in to see her if pain crops up suddenly and urgent attention needed.
