I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Kelly goes out of her way to ensure you have a great experience. My dentist Dr Phil -always makes me feel comfortable with is calm, caring personality. He is a highly skilled dentist. I had my teeth cleaned by Molly today. Molly is very professional, caring, and calm. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today. See you in three months!

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

When we moved to Athens we were not sure who would know anything about the Baxi Boiler our radiant heating system has, but Rick Hurlbert at Inter-Climate is the Boiler Whisperer. He had it apart, cleaned and running great in no time. He even inspected our propane tanks and piping and noticed our gas pressure was low, so he set that too. Everything works great! They now look after all our maintenance and repairs. Skilled Technicians, no doubt about it !
