Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing, after being told by a competiter that brakes, bearings everything would have to be replaced. Then I come to Hitch Depot and they replace brake pads and clean bearings and good to go. I appreciate you guys so much. Nice to know there are some honest places you can go to. Thank you so much.

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. So impressed with Randy! We discovered significant water damage that insurance wouldn’t cover. Friends referred us to Camper’s RV. Randy spent a lot of time going over the trailer with us, and then did a deeper inspection after we left. The appraiser with the insurance company had several things wrong, and Randy was able to explain and show his findings to us. His estimate was very fair and we will proceed with repairs. We will NEVER take our RV to a dealer again!! T&S
