This restaurant is a hidden gem and a very welcome addition to the Markham dining scene! The chicken gyros are especially great -- juicy, yet moist at the same time. I liked it better than the souvlaki, but both are great. Salads are huge and easy to share. Staff are friendly and attentive. We've been to the Granite Brewery a number of times as the food is always fantastic with generous portions. In addition to the delicious food, they have a good selection of their own brews. We especially enjoyed their Ringwood, a delightful blonde. There are different atmospheres for different tastes, but at the Granite Brewery they have several to choose from. Two excellent patios, a bar, and a family restaurant area, all designed for comfort. The rear patio looks particularly amazing, but as it was raining, we'll just have to wait until next time to try it out. It should also be noted that the Granite Brewery has free parking with easy access. The Granite Brewery gets our highest recommendation and we will be back soon. Lire plus

The sandwiches especially are fantastic, and you have a good choice of bread. They also serve different coffees and teas, with organic coffee that's really good (I'm not a big coffee person). Based on other online reviews, the Pantheon is arguably the best Greek restaurant in Greek Town, Toronto. We made reservations ahead of time, had the much reviewed and loved Saganaki, which they light up at your table and the chicken souvlaki; the large and small portions. The chicken was ridiculously good, the potatoes were incredible and the rice was fantastic. With two greek beers and a red wine, our bill totaled $65. It was a good experience, we will return again. Ive been a loyal customer at Jerusalems on Eglinton for as long as i can remember and cant seem to get the same exotic flavours anywhere else in T.O. The best falafel, creamiest hummos, best entrees...restaurant is always busy but the always courteous staff manage to get patrons into the rest. without a long frustrating wait!
