very friendly staff at the drive thru, always seem in upbeat mood. great coffee too. i usually get a cookie as well and then off to work. i like the inside of the restaurant too. very trendy, free wi-fi, and great table service!

I have been coming here for 3 years and I find the food perfect and all for staff to be courteous, friendly and polite and the owners watch everything that goes on. If you want to go to a highly quality place then I would recommend here. You won't be disappointed.

Best Beer in Town! No seriously, the beer at Molly Bloom's in Kitchener has noticeably better tasting beer than anywhere else. This is not in the rating system which is too bad because for this single reason to go here.
You can't go to a pub and expect a perfectly grilled steak. The food though is hit and miss. Some people claim it's the best burger in town, I've had the Spinich crab dip, was dry and really 'spinichy' and little cream cheese, but the chicken quesadilla's fairly hearty where as the nacho's are bland with lots of hot peppers.
The wait staff is friendly, fairly efficient and out of the way. They're usually social to those who are social but for the most, they serve and leave you alone. They've always had very good bar tenders.
My personal note: I like this pub. Owner is super cool and like I said the beer really is a cut above and have always been treated well by the wait staff. Best place to sit and have a pint or four.

we went for a friend's birthday dinner. her and her bf love the place. they talk about it all the time. i have heard mixed reviews about the place.
going online and checking out menu didn't look too appealing to me. regular food with a high price and over stuffed with "expensive" words for simple ingredients
i had a glass of the Chardonnay from usa. excellent should have order 1.2 liter. i shared the sicilian mussel except made not spicy (don't like spicy food). the broth has aromatic and delightful. nice tomatoes, olives and onion broth. mussels were plump and tasty. the table bread was amazing. i usually steer away from bread because it is dry and garbage. but this was warm, soft and fluffy in the middle with a slight chew and crispy on outside.
i ordered the shrimp and scallop carciofi (fettucine) made without cream and with tomato instead. the pasta was cooked perfectly, scallops a bit fishy, shrimps were poached perfectly. a bit too much tomato but im a bigger fan of cooked pasta perfect el dente.
people sitting around me ordered veggie gnocchi (she loved it), short rib gnocchi (he wolfed it down and wanted more), prosciutto fuselli (she said pasta was amazing too slow portion and prosciutto tasted like bacon, pork chop dinner (thought it was amazing), smoked chicken el la vodka (he said was ok).
food was good better than i expected. a bit over priced but it was a friend's birthday.

The waitresses take so long to serve you and get the bill to you
so you have no choice but to leave without paying it. No one has all night to sit Around and wait to pay when your cab is waiting outside. So 5 stars for free beer and food!

Small but cozy! Amazing live music, very friendly staff and fantastic Pub atmosphere. Food is tasty and of generous proportions. I would recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable evening.

ONly been once, this one kicks the Molly's in kitchener to death. I saw an amazing young entertainer, forget his name, but it was awesome. Our party was planning on leaving but ended up staying for 3 set he was so good. The room is nice and cozy, the patio was closed due to bad weather so I can't comment on it.

I enjoyed working at this location for several hours. No one harrassed me about using the table for so long and the food was tasty and healthy so I didn't feel like I'd overindulged. That is, until a young Williams representative approached me and gave me a free Belgian Waffle slathered in ice cream. I certainly couldn't eat the whole thing; but now I know a great idea for treating the kids the next time we're out!

Love the goat cheese panini. Out of all the Williams in the Tri-cities, this one seems the coziest. The staff are a little scattered but I enjoy coming here. Nice place to come and hangout over tea or coffee

First time back in over 3 years. We stopped coming because of terrible service and food but came in because we had a gift certificate from the radio station. Have to say one of the best servers we have had anywhere and the food was hot and good. We will defiantely be back.

I live not far from the Duke & Dutchess and visit a few times per month. The staff is always friendly and make you feel at home. The wings are good - especially on Tuesday when they're 1/2 price. The food is standard pub food and they have a nice patio. It is a very sports oriented pub with 3 flat screens, the games are always on, football pools etc... It's a fun place to be.

We stopped in on Friday night to grab a coffee and decided to have a piece of cake. Although the cakes are not made there they are absolutely to die for. I got the white hot chocolate which was amazing, although you did have to stir it fairly often to keep the hot chocolate mix from settling out of it.
There is a ton of interesting art work on the walls and the music is great, I would definitely recommend this place.

We went for dinner recently as we live in the area and love the Wooly for its atmosphere, choice of beers on tap etc....I just really wish that the food was better..as I remain quite surprised at the overall 'averageness' of the entrees here. Yes, they use locally grown, organic ingredients...I get and support that..but the portion size and flavour leave me unimpressed. Service is always great...and the beer is plentiful and cold...but I think I'll just start going there for beers and maybe fries (which can be hit and miss)...there are just much better places close by (IMO) to get a better pub meal. I will say that of our three meals...mine was the best..a traditional chicken burger with salad..the house dressing was nice. Based on our experience I would not recommend the Cobb salad (very small portion and was drenched in ranch dressing) or the chicken tenders which were just average.

The food was great as was the atmosphere. It is a busy place at times which results in a bit of a wait at times but it is well worth it. You will not be dissapointed.
