Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.

I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work!
