The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. I called to get the cable repaired on my garage door. They were not the first company I called. No one would even look at it fir 3 or 4 days. DMAC came and had it repaired within hours. VERY happy with the service and competitive pricing. Love that it is family run! Will definitely call next time my garage door needs repair and will recommend to friends.
