Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later

I have relied on APP for affordable repairs since moving to Hamilton; the technician is very knowledgeable and the turn over time is quick! There have been times where he has honestly told me repairs are not worth the trouble (high cost for parts) and recommends buying a new machine.

First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

Technician came the next day after calling in and was in uniform with a labelled truck. This is important to me as I am a young woman and was alone at the time. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong and why my dryer broke. He had the part i needed in his truck and since he has repaired my dryer the unit has worked better than ever!!! THANK YOU!!

My fridge stopped cooling/freezing, I called Fast Eddie Appliances, it was close to closing time on a Friday afternoon, yet they went out of their way to send someone over within minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and he had the part to fix it on the spot. Their rates were very reasonable. We had our gas fireplace cleaned and updated. The dated brass trim was painted a beautiful matte black, the entire fireplace interior was vacuumed and the glass panels are so clean, initially I didn't think the glass had been reinstalled. We're thrilled with Nick and team. The fireplace looks brand new! Highly recommmd.
