Highly recommend this business for body work. I used their app for quote and was contacted immediately after submitting info. I dealt with Roy. Super friendly and informative. Repaired my damage from a hit and run on front end of my brand new car. Estimated quote was exact and repair time was a day earlier than expected. My car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! I'm so impressed with the quality of work and customer service from reception to management that I received. Impressed.

Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park. I brought my car in due to someone hitting the rear bumper of my car. tails lights shattered and the bumper was a mess as well. my insurance gave me a list of places to go to and chose Carstar because it was close to my work. staff were very accommodating and response is quick! the place itself is neat and tidy. my car was finished 2 days prior to the expected date which was a major bonus points to the autobody refinishers! i will definitely recommend going to Carstar for any car issues
