Had an issue with my Hottub and called Jonathan for help (I didn't buy it from Everything H2O). It took a few phone calls, total of around 30 mins on the phone to get my issues figured out. Didn't end up buying anything. We received this level of service and they had no obligation to help me... I never write these reviews but felt obligated to due to the help received and high level of expertise. Will be coming to get my next hottub from you guys, thanks again Jonathan!
