On our way to our sons wedding when something went terribly wrong with our wheel. Pulled into Don & Ron's. Don diagnosed a seized caliper, unfortunately his shop was totally booked. When I explained the wedding he immediately helped, working through lunch they had us back on the road in less than an hour. This act of kindness turned a terrible situation into one of realizing there are good people in this world to help when you need a hand. Sincerely Rob & Shirley G.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
