I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I did have a small problem with a warning light after the work was done. I went back and once again got excellent service. Everyone was great. Problem solved. I had it towed there that night, he fixed it the following day for a reasonable price and I got my car back. I was so glad he could get it done before the holiday. Very appreciated.

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. Budget Brake and Muffler is an excellent place for your car for any issues and I���ve been going there while living in Coquitlam and now Maple Ridge for 12 years.
