I would like to start by saying this guy is legit. I had motor on my furnace go. He stayed in contact with me assuring he would be here and he definitely did. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do or asked. He stayed late into his evening to make sure my family got heat that night, and when I asked if he could take a look at my toilet too( wasn't called out for this) he didn't hesitate to say yes. I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Water was coming up out of the floor drain in my basement and it smelt really really bad. i had the city come send a camera down my line and quickly found out all my underground plumbing pipes had collapsed. Barry and the guys were over the next day, quickly found the best solution and completed the job within the original quote. as soon as they walked in the door i had peace of mind.
